Great location as only 5 minutes to an upscale mall. Also, close to cafes. Nicely furnished and reasonably large room and amazing bathroom with hairdryers, a bidet, and a shower cap.

Fairly clean and the staff was superbly friendly. It was close to many shopping malls, and nightlife and a buzzing local food street, fantastic location overall.
The hotel staff was not very helpful.

Good standard and exceptionally comfortable hotel located in a secure area close to pubs and eateries, the main shopping malls, and major landmarks. Neat and nicely decorated room with kl tower view. Unbeatable location to twin skyscrapers.

Location: the hotel was not far from Jalan Alor and Chinatown, Close to major landmarks and the shopping malls. The staff was super friendly, exceptionally nice, and responded promptly to requests. Good-sized rooms with kl tower view and good service - just as we expected.
